WHY? GROW your business and embrace your unique blooms with The GROWmunity! This is a safe, welcoming space to come feel inspired, encourage others, make new connections, learn about local woman-powered resources, gather business insight, and open doors for potential opportunities & collaborations while enjoying a spring afternoon with likeminded women.

Each entrepreneur can attend one Growth Gathering once per year - After attending a Growth Gathering, you can register for workshops and meetings to continue growing your business! Growth Gatherings includes a mix of 25 aspiring & established women entrepreneurs from Greater Cincinnati -No MLM/direct sales permitted, only independent small businesses founders. No membership required to join.

$60 per ticket includes (Only 25 spots available):

EVENT FAQ: 

Q: Is there an event agenda? Yes! Doors open at 12:00pm for Happy Hour if you want to make the most out of your afternoon, connecting with community over candles! (more info coming soon for Happy Hour activities) Come anytime between 12:00-1:00pm to settle in with a snack and drink before giveaways & introductions start promptly at 1:30pm. Each attendee will have 3-5 minutes to have the spotlight and casually present a condensed introduction of themselves, their business and goals. This is about chatting with your friends - No public speaking pressure when you're supported & accepted by two dozen like-minded women :) At approximately 3:00pm after presentations, the event is open for mingling and making connections with the other entrepreneurs attending until the event ends at 4:00pm. There will be so many opportunities to make new friends, learn about your community’s small businesses, open doors for potential collaborations, and more!

Q: Can I leave after my introduction presentation is over? Presentations will conclude around 3:00pm and then everyone is free to mingle and connect with one another! You’re more than welcome to stay and learn more about the other entrepreneurs until the event ends at 4:00pm. If you would like to depart early, I please ask for you to allow all entrepreneurs to introduce themselves first. 

Q: What do I need to bring to the Growth Gathering? The most important thing is YOU! There is no need to bring tables or booths along (open seating and no vendor sales). Business cards/brochures are encouraged but optional. Since this event is not about selling products and is more for business exposure and growth, your items can serve as a visual purpose to help describe what your offerings are or showcase your work if you want to bring examples. Samples are loved by attendees as well, but 25 samples/coupons must be provided if you choose to bring free gifts. You may sponsor one giveaway item to raffle off if you'd like! Giveaways are encouraged to allow for more attendees to have a chance of winning. Regardless, nothing more than you is truly needed as this is about introducing yourself to other local entrepreneurs and getting to connect with each other! 

Q: Do I need a membership to attend? Absolutely not! A membership to The GROWmunity is not required to attend a Growth Gathering for women entrepreneurs. Growth Gatherings are open to each entrepreneur once per year. After attending a Growth Gathering, you can register per event for Woman-Owned Workshops and other growth opportunities hosted by the community. Members receive exclusive discounts on event tickets, directory listing, and access to member-only events! thegrowmunity.com/grow

Q: What should I wear to the Growth Gathering? There is NO DRESS CODE. The beauty of individuality is being unique – And that means every one of us will feel comfortable wearing something different! Please dress in what makes YOU feel best. Dresses and heels, jeans and a sweatshirt, pajamas, or anything in between… It’s more than welcome at our gathering if you feel great in it!

Q: Is food/drink included at the Growth Gathering? When you walk in, you'll receive a welcome bag with a beverage voucher included. You can redeem with our on-site bartender drink of your choice. The grazing table is open & unlimited for you to enjoy, as well as locally-made desserts to pair.
